Hatha yoga is an ancient yoga system that can be translated as the yoga of activity and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha) – the yoga of balance.

Hatha Yoga is a powerful and transformative practice that builds balance, flexibility and strength through yoga poses (asanas), breath control, and meditation.
